The Second Session of the 13th NPC and the Second Session of the 13th CPPCC opened in Beijing on March 5 and 3, 2019 respectively.

Nan Cunhui, the pioneer of Reform and Opening-up and member of the CPPCC National Committee, talked about the positive role of tax cuts and fees reduction in the 2019 Government Work Report on the development of private enterprises, as well as China-Africa Economic, Trade Cooperation and CHINT Overseas Expansion.
